Who We Are.
Weathervane Consulting’s associates have an impressive breadth of experience, in all sectors and across six continents.
Our model of a senior caste, means that we use consultants with 15 years’ experience and more, people that have been “around the block” and can make a material difference to a client’s business in a short period of time.
In our approach, and because of their level of experience, we utilise small and agile teams with an entrepreneurial flare, who can “hit the ground running”. Our associates are high-energy, self-motivated and disciplined business leaders, all of whom have enquiring minds and are committed to their clients.
When required, we include subject matter experts (SME) in our teams to deliver in-depth discovery, diagnostic, design and implementation services, resulting in in sustainable operational and financial improvements, and consistently predictable outcomes.
